RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will be happy if you are satisfied with your purchase. If necessary, the order can be fully or partially returned, or an item that does not fit can be exchanged.

If you want to return/exchange the item, you have 14 days after receiving the order to send the item back with a courier service and provide us the tracking number. We will make a money refund just after receiving the parcel from you.

Underwear and bodysuits are non-refundable.

When returning/exchanging items, please ensure they are in "as new" condition, are in their original brand packaging and the parcel is the same size as received. We cannot guarantee a full refund in case of damaged returns, damaged items may be sent back to the customer.
